Marist Silver Needle Fashion Show

Hey guys! So the 26th Silver Needle Fashion Show at Marist College is this weekend (Saturday May 4th) and all of the fashion design majors/fashion merch are super excited! Yesterday in the studio I decided to pose and take a picture of myself in the jacket I made. Why you might ask?

It got CUT from the show this year - BUT it's not the end of the world. I've grown so much since last year as a freshman and I've learned alot about the fashion industry. Even though my coat was cut, I took it as a learning experience. My skirt and shirt got in the show though! :) I will post pictures of these soon!

To be a fashion designer - you need to be tough. You need to be able to stick by your design and take criticism. Once you take the criticism - execute a plan to improve. There's always room to improve. Always.
